Sustainability Policy

Last updated - 11 February 2026

1. Purpose

1.1 Nowhere Group Limited ('nowhere' / 'the Company' / 'we') is committed to conducting its business in a sustainable manner.

1.2 This policy outlines our commitment to minimising environmental impact, making responsible choices in how we operate, and setting a clear direction for Staff to contribute to sustainability efforts.

1.3 We recognise that as a consulting company, our main activities involve flying, office-based work, and product development, and that thoughtful choices in these areas can reduce our environmental footprint while maintaining high ethical standards.

2. Scope

2.1 This policy applies to all nowhere employees ('Staff'), across all business units and functions.

3. Objectives

3.1 To reduce the environmental impact of our operations in a pragmatic and achievable way.

3.2 To make responsible travel choices while recognising the role of face-to-face work in delivering our services.

3.3 To uphold high ethical standards in our products and operations.

3.4 To integrate sustainability into our technology choices, including servers, AI, and hardware procurement.

4. Responsibilities of nowhere

4.1 The Company will:

4.1.1 Recognise the importance of face-to-face meetings in conveying the nowhere practice and in catalysis work to high level leaders - meeting in person when needed, but will minimise unnecessary travel by using remote meetings where possible.

4.1.2 Promote the use of digital materials wherever possible to automate the delivery of the nowhere practice to both corporate and SME organisations, using printed resources only when they facilitate training and learning effectively.

4.1.3 Make environmentally responsible choices in the technology we use, including:

  • 4.2 Selecting servers and hosting providers with strong environmental credentials.
  • 4.3 Using AI tools responsibly with awareness of their energy consumption.
  • 4.4 Buying durable, energy-efficient hardware.

4.2 Encourage responsible approaches to clothing (e.g., sustainable sourcing, avoiding waste).

4.3 Monitor office practices such as energy use, waste reduction, and recycling to encourage continuous improvement.

4.4 Communicate this policy and ensure its integration into everyday business practices.

5. Responsibilities of Staff

5.1 All Staff are expected to:

5.1.1 Consider sustainability when planning travel, opting for virtual meetings when feasible and reserving travel for when face-to-face presence is essential.

5.1.2 Use digital tools in preference to printed materials and follow environmentally sound printing practices when printing is required (e.g., double-sided, minimal copies).

5.1.3 Make environmentally conscious choices in work clothing, avoiding unnecessary purchases and preferring sustainable options.

5.1.4 Follow sustainable practices in the office, such as reducing waste, recycling appropriately, and conserving energy.

5.1.5 Act with integrity and uphold the Company's ethical and sustainability standards in their work and decision-making.

6. Support Measures

6.1 To support this policy, nowhere will:

6.1.1 Provide access to digital collaboration platforms and tools to reduce unnecessary travel and printing.

6.1.2 Offer practical guidance on sustainable travel, technology choices, and office practices.

6.1.3 Encourage open dialogue on new ideas for making the business more sustainable.

6.1.4 Recognise and promote simple, effective actions that Staff can take to support sustainability in their daily work.
