Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for your purchase. Nowhere Group Limited (‘nowhere’, ‘we’, or ‘our’) is committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, with prompt shipping and a straightforward returns and refunds procedure. Please carefully review this policy when purchasing our products.
1. Shipping Options
We ship internationally and rates will be quoted to you at checkout. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping our products.
2. Shipping Fees
Our shipping rates, duties and taxes are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
We cannot be responsible for any import and/or customs fees imposed on the customer upon delivery.
We may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. In such cases, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to your country of residence and covering any additional costs or taxes.
If you reject the package upon delivery due to customs fees, we will be unable to refund you in full due to having to pay return shipping costs as a result. Failure to pick up your package from your postal service location, resulting in a return to us, will not be eligible for shipping refund.
3. Delivery Times
Please allow 2-4 business days for us to receive and process your order. You will receive a shipment notification email when the package ships.
Delivery times may vary based on your location as the amount of time it takes for packages to clear customs can vary. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are estimates only.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped and depending on the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with a tracking number/link.

We use reliable and reputable shipping carriers to deliver your orders.
We reserve the right to use a different shipping carrier from time to time, if it offers a more efficient or cost-effective option.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

8. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Refunds/exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the item. Please email returns@now-here.com to start a returns request. Please include the first and last name from the order, email address, order number, and reason for return/exchange.
Instructions for shipping the returned item will be provided once your return request is processed. This will include the return address and any specific shipping guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse receipt or return products at sender's cost if returned without prior arrangements.
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges if the product has been opened. It must be returned in its original packaging. If the product returned is not in a fully re-sellable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective, the package was incorrectly shipped, or the error was made by nowhere.
9. Cancellations for Digital Content Downloads
For digital downloads, consumers waive their cancellation rights and right to a refund once the digital content has been provided. A refund can still be requested during the 14-day cooling-off period if you do not click on the ‘Download’ button.
If the digital content is corrupted, we will first attempt to repair or replace it. You may be entitled to a partial refund if a repair or replacement is impossible or if the repair cost is disproportionate to the value of the digital content.
10. Processing of Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 10 working days.
