Ewan is a creative catalyst in nowhere. He specialises in unlocking the potential that exists in leaders, teams and organisational systems. He is passionate about ‘culture’ and believes that the challenge of our age is to enable the human spirit to thrive in increasingly complex systems. Ewan also believes that the most effective way of doing this is by tapping into and leveraging difference.

For the last two decades Ewan has been working as a development specialist with experience across financial services, oil and gas, consultancy and telecommunications - living in Canada, UK, Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore. His expertise is as a practitioner and leader of behavioural change, whether at an individual level through learning and development or at an organisational level through cultural transformation. He provides bold, inspirational leadership that is a personal and practical application of his own diverse experiences.
