Andy Kitt

Andy is a director and creative-catalyst in nowhere. He is interested in the moments where individual and organisational purpose meet – where he and the client look each other in the eye and leap together.

Andy is a psychologist, strategist, innovator and leader of nowhere. He joined in 2005, after 15 years in a corporate career (learning all there is to know about successful achiever-based organisations). He is now committed to codifying a practice that encourages individuals and leaders to create workplaces that move beyond ‘pushing harder’, and instead breakthrough into newer, more creative ways of living and working. Andy is most often described as warm, creative, irreverent, and a holder of big dreams and complex movements.
