Ben McDonald

Ben is a Product Manager in the nowhere digital team. He helps to manage the setup, pilot and configuration in the enterprise delivery of our products and ensures high standards of customer support. Ben develops specifications and prototypes to clarify ideas for new products, features and alterations based on customer feedback and UX principles.

Ben trained in music technology at Bath Spa University. After initially working in theatre, he worked in a specialist music college. Ben was a technician responsible for building and maintaining networks, and teaching students how to navigate a range of software applications. Ben then spent two years managing The Academy of Music and Sound in Exeter.
