With over 25 years of experience in corporate roles across Finance, IT, and project management, Silvana has led transformational initiatives for multi-national companies. She specialises in leadership development, team performance, culture, and change management. As a Senior Coach, she integrates emotional intelligence, a systemic approach, and agile methodologies into her work to drive lasting impact.

Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Silvana is also an educator at UCU Business School in Uruguay and Protagonista de Cambio Coaching School in Argentina. She combines her professional journey with her role as a mother of three teenagers, who keep her in a constant state of learning. She is passionate about inspiring others to embrace change and unlock their potential.
