Michael Paula

Catalyst

Michael is a creative-catalyst in nowhere’s Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) business. His passion is to support individuals, teams and organisations to discover their unique purpose and to release their creative potential. Exploring different consciousness practices, he has, over the last twelve years, inquired into how Native American wisdom traditions can support individuals and teams in transformational change.

With a degree in Industrial Engineering, Michael started work at the University of Technology in Vienna (Austria) as an assistant professor in the field of leadership and organisational theory. His dissertation was on planning methods in the consultancy business. For more than fifteen years he has been in leadership positions in large international organisations. Having trained in coaching, systemic constellations, Appreciative Inquiry and change management, Michael became self-employed in 2001, focusing his work on creativity, leadership and cultural change. In early 2009 he started his ‘rollercoaster journey’ by building the nowhere business in CEE. Michael has two grown-up children and lives with his wife close to Vienna, Austria.
