Federica Abella

Federica is a creative-catalyst, supporting nowhere’s growth in Latin America. She believes nowhere's practice can help organisations make a quantum leap in their work by growing the self-awareness of individuals and enhancing their gifts for a wider purpose.

She loves to meet people who are working together to make the world a better place and is passionate about exploring ways to improve the life-work balance. She currently facilitates experiential learning workshops in Universidad ORT Uruguay and is part of Acrux Partners promoting causes of social impact in Latin America through impact investment vehicles. She is mother to Matias, Joaquin and Juan: her soul teachers.
