Gaining decades of executive $B+ business leadership experience as an early client and internal practitioner of nowhere, Rob leads our client engagement from initial moments of possibility right through to design, delivery and aftercare. Rob’s unique blend of understanding a corporate client’s perspective while being deeply tuned into the power of our practice gifts him a unique perspective into helping bring breakthrough when partnering with the accelerating needs of modern enterprise.

After studying a Biology degree, Rob began his rounded career in Agribusiness, working in research and development. He progressed through commercial, country business, and executive regional leadership in North America, Europe & Global strategy roles. For the last two decades, Rob has overseen sustained industry-leading growth by focusing on co-creating corporate purpose, strategy and culture while leading an organisation of 1000+ people through operations, functional teams and aligned leadership development. Through his successful business journey, often catalysed by nowhere, Rob embraced the value of our practice. He is passionate about bringing his first-hand experience to help transform possibilities into breakthrough for our clients, whether they are newly engaged or established and moving on to even greater levels of performance.
